Michelle Reece
Womens Pastor
Whether you have seen her live, online or at the arts and crafts section of the store, you have seen Pastor Michelle Reece. If you haven't, then we know that you have for sure heard her voice as she leads the church into a space of reverence to the Lord. A woman after God's own heart and a heart for worship I may add, Pastor Michelle strives to create an environment of spirit-filled praise for the entire congregation. This California native finds herself in the Midwest after marrying her Southern Gentleman, Pastor Scott Reece (so pray for our sister). She enjoys living life with her family, having the freedom of creativity in her hands and to empower and encourage women to fulfill their purpose that God has for their lives. She followed the footsteps of her parents as she received and has walked in the authority and calling from God to Pastoral leadership. With a microphone in her hand, a song in her heart, and a golden smile from ear-to-ear, she leads us to join the angels of heaven and sing songs of worship to our God whenever we as the church get together.

However, the university also blessed him in locating his wonderful wife, Lauren Rodriguez. Together they steward River City Church The Village and raise up their beautiful children Elena and Isaac. He may call the Midwest his home, but it is his New York attitude and boldness that is found in his teaching and preaching that will have you yearning for more. From the big apple to the Heartland and wherever he steps foot, Pastor Josue is a walking and living testimony of God with a mission to bring the kingdom of heaven down to earth. As a New Yorker, he has a knack for aiming big, building big, and seizing every promise God has spoken over his life. We are glad he is on our team building, developing, and expanding the Kingdom of God in our Milan, Quad- City area.

Derrick DeBoef
Worship Pastor
Despite the prototypical bald head, beard, and occasionally ill-advised skinny jean usage Derrick has lived anything but your typical worship leader life. Derrick grew up in the small farm town of New Sharon, Iowa and went to study at Trinity Bible College in North Dakota where he met his wife Danielle. They moved to the Quad Cities with their 5 kids in 2006 and have been involved with worship ministry throughout that time.
