This August, we’re heading to Heredia, Costa Rica for a week of unforgettable missions, powerful ministry, and breathtaking exploration. From serving local communities to standing under waterfalls and sipping world-famous coffee, this is your chance to experience God, adventure, and culture like never before.
Trip Cost: $1,300
Includes housing, round-trip airfare, ground transportation, lunch & dinner, light breakfast/snacks (bananas, coffee, etc.), excursions, and ministry supplies.

  • To secure your spot: A $200 deposit is due by May 12.
  • Final payment is due by July 1.

Join us as we partner with Ministerio Generación de Guerreros Internacional, led by Pastors Ugalde. This mission trip offers a powerful blend of cultural exploration, spiritual impact, and hands-on service.

Over the course of the week, we will:
  1. Serve the local church, assist at a senior center, and help feed hundreds of people in surrounding communities.
  2. Engage with the beautiful city of Heredia and connect with its people through meaningful ministry.
  3. Visit the breathtaking La Paz Waterfall Gardens and tour the world-renowned Britt Coffee plantation, located right in Heredia!

Ministerio Generación de Guerreros

Ministerio Generación de Guerreros Internacional, led by Pastors Ugalde, is a vibrant, Spirit-filled church based in Heredia, Costa Rica. Known for its passionate worship, powerful prayer, and deep love for the community, this ministry is on the frontlines of reaching lives with the Gospel.

Britt Coffee Plantation

Britt Coffee Plantation is one of Costa Rica’s most iconic coffee experiences. Located in Heredia, it offers an immersive tour through the history, culture, and craftsmanship of Costa Rican coffee. From bean to cup, you'll learn how world-famous Britt coffee is grown, roasted, and brewed, and yes, you'll get to taste it too!

La Paz Waterfall Gardens

La Paz Waterfall Gardens is Costa Rica’s #1 most visited private ecological attraction — and for good reason. Nestled in the lush rainforest, it features stunning waterfalls, walking trails, and incredible wildlife encounters including toucans, butterflies, monkeys, and big cats. It’s a breathtaking display of God’s creation and a true highlight of the trip.

Q: What is the total cost of the trip?
A: The total cost is $1,200, which includes round-trip airfare, housing, ground transportation, lunch and dinner, light breakfast/snacks, ministry supplies, and excursions to La Paz Waterfall Gardens and the Britt Coffee Plantation.

Q: How do I reserve my spot?
A: A $200 deposit is due by May 12 to secure your place. The final payment is due by July 1.

Q: How many spots are available?
A: We are taking a maximum of 12 people, so space is limited!

Q: Do I need a passport?
A: Yes. A valid U.S. passport is required for travel to Costa Rica. Make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months of our return date. If you don’t have one, apply as soon as possible, processing can take several weeks.

Q: Where will we be staying?
A: Comfortable, safe group housing arranged through our local ministry partners in Heredia,     Costa Rica.

Q: What kind of work will we be doing?
A: We will: Serve with Ministerio Generación de Guerreros Internacional Help at a local senior center Assist in feeding hundreds in the community Participate in worship, outreach, and service projects.

Q: Is this trip for me if I don’t speak Spanish?
A: Yes! While Spanish is helpful, it's not required. We’ll have translators and bilingual team members available.

Q: What should I pack?
A: A full packing list will be provided, but plan for light clothing, comfortable shoes, toiletries, Bible, journal, and an adventurous spirit!

Q: Is there sightseeing included?
A: Yes! You’ll experience La Paz Waterfall Gardens, home to stunning waterfalls and wildlife, and take a tour of the famous Britt Coffee Plantation.

Q: Will I need to bring extra cash?
A: Yes. While most trip expenses are covered, we recommend bringing extra cash ($100–200) for:
Tips for local drivers/guides, Souvenirs or personal snacks, Any optional personal purchases

Q: Are meals provided on travel days?
A: No, meals on travel days (August 5 and 12) are on your own. During non-travel days, lunch and dinner are included, with light breakfast provided daily.
